Why Auxillio
exists.
Too many smart homes end up as a collection of gadgets held together with workarounds. We blend technical precision with a premium client experience to make complex homes and buildings feel simple.
One team, from first
wire to final walkthrough.
We design, install, commission and support every system ourselves, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the home you live in.
- 01
Design
We learn how you live or operate, then plan the system room by room: wiring, network, devices and the automations that tie them together. No generic proposals, no overselling.
- 02
Install
Neat, labelled, serviceable work, coordinated with your build schedule or planned around your routine.
- 03
Commission
Every device tested, every scene tuned and every automation confirmed before handover. Then we walk you through all of it.
- 04
Support
We don’t disappear. Updates, ongoing support and on-site visits when something needs attention, and new features whenever your needs change.
Your home runs
in your home.
We believe the lights, locks, cameras and climate in your home shouldn’t depend on someone else’s servers. Auxillio runs on site, so everything keeps working even when the internet doesn’t.
When you’re away, the app connects over an encrypted connection straight to your home, and your setup is backed up every night.
- Runs on a small box in your home
- No cloud subscription to renew*
- Encrypted remote access, nightly backups
No cloud subscription required. Integrated remote access from $4 / month.
How the system works →In the room, on site
and in the details.
These are the traits we hire for and reward: judgment, ownership, clarity and pride in execution.
-
Composed professionalism
We work in high-trust environments. Calm, polished communication matters as much as technical skill.
-
Technical depth
We respect people who understand systems, solve problems cleanly and think one step ahead.
-
Taste and restraint
The best solutions feel considered, not loud. We design for elegance, usability and longevity.
-
Ownership
If something is yours, it stays yours until it’s solved, communicated and properly closed.
Build systems that
feel effortless.
Design-forward work, high-trust teams and thoughtful execution. We’re building a team of people who care about details, communication and craft.

Simple, direct

- 03
Role-specific assessment

Tell us where
you fit best.
You don’t need a perfect résumé or a polished application. A strong, thoughtful introduction goes a long way.
- For open roles and general interest alike
- Share your experience and strengths in the introduction
- Attach your résumé right in the form
Do I need direct smart systems experience to apply?
Not always. For some roles, strong adjacent experience matters just as much: electrical, low-voltage, project coordination, service, luxury client work or technical sales.
Can I apply if I don’t see the exact role I want?
Yes. Choose General interest and tell us where you think you could add value.
Is this only for field technicians?
No. Auxillio needs strength across technical work, operations, client experience, design support, service and growth.
Can I send a portfolio or more material later?
Yes. The form is a clean first step. If there’s a fit, supporting material can follow in the next round.
Where does Auxillio work?
